We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team in the manufacturing sector, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing electrical systems and equipment.

Role Overview

  • Inspect, install, repair, adjust, construct, modify, calibrate, program, and wire electrical and electronic apparatus.
  • Assist in the design and service of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical malfunctions to OEM specifications.
  • Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and process work orders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
  • Participate in production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
  • Attend Line-Out meetings to communicate daily activities between shifts.
  • Perform required maintenance checks as established by the Maintenance Department.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Electrical Design: Proficient in electrical design principles.
  • PLC Knowledge: Extensive hands-on experience with PLCs and VFDs.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Advanced troubleshooting capabilities with equipment software language.
  • Schematic Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematic drawings.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Word Processing, Development, Design, Internet software, Order processing systems, and Project Management software.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: College Degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications: Electrical certification or technical degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance and repair.
