Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Expeditor/Logistics Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will support the planning and coordination of material deliveries to meet Just-in-Time (JIT) criteria, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply sources, production schedules, and transportation methods to optimize delivery timelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining JIT delivery schedules for purchased materials.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and support forecasting efforts.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Preferable: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations (internships or academic projects are a plus).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Job Type: W2 contract
- Duration: 1-year assignment (possibility of extension/becoming permanent)
- Work schedule: 5/40; Monday to Friday/ 8h a day; hybrid position
