Join a leading company in the energy sector as a Field Maintenance Technician, where your skills will contribute to the safe and efficient operations of production sites in Mansfield, Louisiana.

Role Overview

  • Troubleshoot mechanical equipment of Wellhead components and flow control equipment, order parts, and schedule repairs.
  • Take One Call orders for the preparation of construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with codes during ordering and maintenance of Wellhead and flow control equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and team members to design and modify equipment for improved efficiency.
  • Set expectations and standards for contractor performance, ensuring adherence to environmental, safety, and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the maintenance of Wellhead and flow control equipment.
  • Understanding of equipment, policies, and procedures relevant to the One Call system.
  • Ability to monitor operations for QA/QC compliance with underground utilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting manuals, policies, procedures, permits, and engineering plans.
  • Physical capability to perform activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs.
  • Ability to identify causes of errors or defects in equipment.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, and UtiliSphere.

Education & Experience

  • Required: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years of related work experience.
  • Certifications: Completion of IADC Rigpass, SafeLand, or equivalent orientation is required.

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive bill rate of $47.10 per hour.
  • 80 hours of PTO paid by EXE.
  • Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off.
  • Provided laptop, email access, keycard, and truck outfitted for generator maintenance.
  • Safety equipment provided: Steel toe boots & FR.
