Mission Context
As part of a team of 15 people, and under the responsibility of the PER department manager, the consultant will bring his SAP expertise in FI/CO areas, serving about ten TotalEnergies Exploration & Production (E&P) subsidiaries around the world that share a common SAP model, as well as about forty other subsidiaries still using older systems.
The consultant will have a double responsibility:
He will be in charge of some E-Invoicing projects (TRIP, Angola, Nigeria, UAE, KZ etc), in tandem with another member of the team,
And he will be in charge of the functional support of the subsidiaries of the EP Branch.
Objectives and deliverables
Ensure compliance with and application of rules and best practices for the E&P Finance Profession,
Listen to the needs of the subsidiaries while ensuring compliance with the common model in order to ensure the sustainability of robust and harmonized processes,
Bring documentation (Template creation sheet, user line guide, standard test sheet) to life in a simple and effective way on the following subjects:
Creation of a company (with options depending on the systems concerned under headings: headquarters/department/branch)
Treasury
Supplier Invoice Processing (IMP)
Authorisations/GRC
Skills
Personal:
Autonomy, ability to analyze and synthesize, spirit of initiative, good interpersonal skills. -Confirmed
Technical: Confirmed expertise of at least 3 years in SAP FI/CO - Advanced
Languages:
Proficiency in English for TMA exchanges and documentation writing - Confirmed
Ability to understand and analyze business processes - Advanced
