Finishes Foreman – Commercial Construction

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join our client's team and oversee the delivery of high-quality finishes on large-scale commercial projects. This role is critical in ensuring all internal and external finishes meet design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors for all finishing works (flooring, joinery, painting, ceilings, partitions, fixtures).
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Manage daily site activities, reporting progress to the Site Manager.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Drive productivity and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Finishes Foreman in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality outcomes.
- Current White Card and relevant tickets.
