Our Project
We are part of a major construction project in Sweden, creating a steel plant of global significance. This facility will impact and shape the industry with the aim that it will be seen as a symbol for the much-needed green transition of heavy industry sectors.
Working with multiple contractors, the project is in construction phase, and we are in the process of hiring a large team of Formworkers to join our project and be a major part of the construction.
Our Formworkers
A formworker is responsible for constructing and assembling formwork systems and placing reinforcement to create strong, precise moulds for concrete structures. This involves interpreting technical drawings, measuring and cutting materials accurately, and ensuring all components are securely positioned to maintain structural integrity during the concrete pour. The role requires attention to detail to achieve the correct dimensions, alignment, and finish, as well as adherence to safety standards and quality specifications throughout the process. By combining skilled craftsmanship with knowledge of construction techniques, the formworker plays a critical part in producing durable and high-quality concrete elements for our buildings and infrastructure.
