The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market share for control valves (FCV), isolation valves (ISV), pressure safety valves (PSV), industrial regulators, and other related products and services within the assigned market area/region. This role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and maintenance support. The Regional Sales Manager will also assist in the sales of RAS, NGT and electrical LCD or solar and Environment products, engineering and consultation services, aligning with the company's strategic growth objectives in the energy sector and other sector. MAJOR FUNCTION OF THE POSITION
1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
? Identify and prioritize key markets and customer segments within the region.
? Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
? Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
? Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
3. Business Development:
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, including potential partnerships and distribution channels.
? Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
? Develop proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
4. Sales Performance Management:
? Set and track sales targets for the regional sales team.
? Provide coaching and support for the sales team to help them achieve their goals.
? Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
5. Product Knowledge and Training:
? Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, including control valves, ISVs, PSVs, industrial regulators, NGT and electrical LCD or solar solutions.
? Provide training and technical support to the sales team and customers.
? Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.
6. Service and Maintenance Coordination:
? Ensure that customers receive high-quality service and maintenance support for their products.
? Coordinate with the service and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and schedule regular maintenance visits.

7. Reporting and Documentation:
? Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts.

8. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
? Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to achieve overall business objectives.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
