As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating structure, delivering high?quality support, and contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience. You will work closely with the Nordic HR team and managers across the organization, handling a broad mix of administrative and coordinating tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee & Manager Support
- Provide day?to?day support to managers and employees on HR?related questions and processes.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring timely guidance and high?quality service.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate, up?to?date employee records and ensure documentation is managed according to company standards.
HR Administration
- Oversee administrative processes related to employment, including contracts, onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
- Manage HR system entries, documentation workflows, and approvals.
Culture, Engagement & Events
- Coordinate employee activities, meetings, and internal events that support engagement and team culture.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, personnel administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administrative work.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency with HR systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Highly structured, service?minded, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and handling a broad variety of tasks in a fast?paced environment.
