Role Overview

  • Provide safety leadership to management and employees, ensuring adherence to OSHA standards and compliance strategies.
  • Perform tasks across various environmental, health, and safety disciplines to meet EH&S standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and procedures for employee and community health.
  • Monitor and prevent chemical, physical, and biological hazards in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with teams to investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints regarding workplace hazards.
  • Recommend improvements in processes, designs, procedures, and equipment to minimize hazards.
  • Ensure HSE excellence through training, auditing management systems, rig inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Act as a functional expert in health, safety, and environmental disciplines.
  • Provide guidance and regulatory interpretation for various HSE issues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental disciplines.
  • Ability to apply knowledge to complex problems and develop effective recommendations.
  • Decision-making skills within broad parameters.
  • Informal resource for less experienced colleagues.

Education & Experience

  • Experience: 5-7 years in HSE roles or related fields.
