We are seeking a Technical Programme Leader with strong HVDC engineering experience to lead technical engagements across multiple regions. The role involves scope definition, technical solutioning, and capability planning.
You will act as a subject matter expert and drive engineering activities across various functions including Controls & Protection, Systems Engineering, Valves, and Validation & Verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions and capability planning across global teams
- Initiate and manage engineering work packages
- Deliver work packages aligned with KPIs
- Build and lead engineering teams to meet project goals
- Interface with customer stakeholders to define requirements
- Drive product development lifecycle and technical reviews
- Support governance meetings and performance tracking
- Identify and hire required competencies
- Promote quality culture and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in grid engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVDC product lifecycle
- Proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making
