Job Title: ICT Systems Officer (SCCM)

The role:
The client is seeking an experienced ICT Systems Officer with strong SCCM expertise to support and enhance their Workplace team. This role is primarily on-site, with remote work possible under certain conditions. You’ll be working within a global IT environment, contributing to the reliability and evolution of system management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Create system images and software installation packages
- Manage PC and server updates via SCCM
- Develop PowerShell scripts
- Update and create IT procedures
- Conduct technology watch and propose continuous improvements
- Maintain CMDB and provide tracking reports
- Handle Level 2 incident and change requests
Qualifications:
- SCCM expert or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in an international organization
- Fluent in French with strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Proficient in:
- Office 2021, Microsoft 365
- Windows 10 & 11
- PC hardware and peripherals
- Active Directory & Azure AD
- Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Strong verbal and written communication
