About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead mechanical and electrical manufacturing activities across our industrial operations in Courcelles, France, with operational oversight in Cambronne, Belgium.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Manage and oversee mechanical and electrical production activities across two industrial sites.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production operations to meet quality, time, and cost targets.
- Ensure clear resource allocation, equipment readiness, and material availability across workshops.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in production management within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong expertise in mechanical and/or electrical production processes.
- Proven experience managing large teams (50+ employees).
- Solid background in production KPIs, planning, workflow management, and operational performance.
- Demonstrated experience in Lean, continuous improvement, and shopfloor optimization.
- Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Courcelles (France) and Cambronne (Belgium).
