Role Overview
- Provide first-level end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Run diagnostic programs to isolate problems and implement solutions.
- Offer desk-side or remote assistance as needed.
- Determine when to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team.
- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
- Support junior Technical Support Analysts in basic tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Helpdesk experience: Proficient in providing technical support.
- AnyDesk: Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.
- Active Directory: Knowledge of user account management and security.
- Automation Anywhere: Understanding of automation tools for IT processes.
- Application support: Experience in troubleshooting software applications.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Interpersonal skills: Capable of building rapport with users.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in IT preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is beneficial.
