Join our dynamic team as an Information Technology - Customer Service / Helpdesk Analyst I, where you will play a crucial role in supporting corporate and remote users with their technical needs. Role Overview

  • Provide first-level end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Run diagnostic programs to isolate problems and implement solutions.
  • Offer desk-side or remote assistance as needed.
  • Determine when to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team.
  • Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
  • Support junior Technical Support Analysts in basic tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Helpdesk experience: Proficient in providing technical support.
  • AnyDesk: Familiarity with remote desktop support tools.
  • Active Directory: Knowledge of user account management and security.
  • Automation Anywhere: Understanding of automation tools for IT processes.
  • Application support: Experience in troubleshooting software applications.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Interpersonal skills: Capable of building rapport with users.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in IT preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is beneficial.
