Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Duration: initial contract until 25/03/2027 (with long?term extension planned)
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)
Location:
- 3 days onsite in Copenhagen
- monthly trip to Kalundborg (car required)
- monthly day trip to Norway (flight & accommodation covered by client)
We are seeking a proactive, bilingual IT Support Specialist (English & Danish) to provide onsite technical support across multiple Nordic locations for our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver frontline support across Windows 10 and Office 365, including troubleshooting, installations, and light scripting.
- Use SCCM to deploy software, patches, and updates across enterprise environments.
- Manage incidents and service requests within ITIL-aligned processes using ServiceNow.
- Handle user administration and email support via Active Directory and Exchange.
- Provide hands?on hardware support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and Cisco desk phones.
- Perform basic network diagnostics across LAN, Wi?Fi, VPN, and networked printers.
- Use remote administration tools for efficient issue resolution.
- Deliver high?quality, in?person technical support across Copenhagen, Kalundborg, and Norway sites.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience in IT support
- Fluency in English and Danish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Windows 10, O365, AD, Exchange, and SCCM
- Ability to travel regularly (car required for Kalundborg)
Nice-to-Have:
- ITIL certification
- Experience in multilingual or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Cisco telephony systems
