Job Purpose
The Inspection Coordinator ensures that all equipment, materials, and processes comply with industry standards, project requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all inspection activities to maintain quality and safety throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage inspection plans and schedules based on project and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, third?party inspectors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to execute inspection activities.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation, including inspection reports, certificates, and non?conformance records.
- Monitor compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, document, and support the resolution of non?conformances and quality issues.
- Provide regular updates to project management, quality teams, and relevant stakeholders on inspection status.
- Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure their inspection processes meet required standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
- Certifications in inspection or quality assurance (preferred).
- Experience in inspection coordination or quality assurance in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in inspection management software and Microsoft Office.
