Join our dynamic team as an Instrumentation Installation Engineer and play a crucial role in the execution of cutting-edge instrumentation projects within the energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work full-time on-site in Nanterre, France, contributing to innovative solutions that drive the industry forward.

Role Overview

  • Work on the 3D model for instrumentation, including clash management and support for instrumentation modelling carried out by other engineering centers.
  • Conduct instrumentation bulk quantification (Material Take-Off).
  • Review technical room drawings and verify installation layouts.
  • Validate routing volumes and interface with Civil, Electrical, Piping, and subcontracting centers.
  • Prepare installation standards including hook-ups, supports, and routing.
  • Master and follow-up on P&IDs while participating in P&ID review meetings with other disciplines.
  • Support level design studies and review equipment drawings.
  • Interface, review, and optimize design with other disciplines.
  • Update supply specifications, design specifications, and standard drawings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Mastery of instrumentation installation (cables, cable trays, hook-up, level studies, building layout, etc.).
  • Proficiency in applicable codes (API, IEC, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with 3D modelling software.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in instrumentation or engineering disciplines are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in instrumentation installation or related fields.
