Airswift is seeking an Inventory Management Analyst to join our client’s team in Georgetown, Guyana. This position will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing warehouse and inventory management activities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement processes for warehouse and inventory management, including planning and material repurchase activities.
- Establish and operate a centralized onshore warehouse, including layout, infrastructure, and systems implementation.
- Lead the implementation of SAP WM and MM modules, ensuring full utilization for material movement and storage control.
- Develop and maintain inventory planning routines, counting cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support to offshore warehouse operations, promoting best practices and integration.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of material and spare parts stock.
- Execute Material Resource Planning (MRP) for onshore and offshore warehouses to guarantee availability for maintenance and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and SAP WM/MM modules.
- Strong knowledge of material planning, auditing, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with HSSE standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
