Airswift is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Analyst to support a major client within the supply chain department in Midland, TX, on a six-month contract
Work Schedule: 9/80 or 5/40 schedule
Responsibilities:
- Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis.
- Management of a transfer inbox, receiving emails from a variety of vendors for multiple yards.
- SAP entry of all in and outbound movements of material from various yards.
- Accurate and timely entry of lease-to-lease movements.
- Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory as needed.
- Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory.
- Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.
Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in Materials Management.
- Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
- Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- High school or GED required.
- Valid drivers license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.
The percentage of travel required for this position is 15% - 20%
