The ideal professional brings 5–7 years of experience managing multiple infrastructure and security projects, preferably with a background in network, server, or telecom engineering. This role requires strong communication, technical documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.Key Responsibilities:
Manage one or more infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
Ensure all project artifacts, deliverables, and processes adhere to client standards.
Document requirements and create diagrams related to infrastructure and security environments.
Coordinate vendor activities, resolve delays, and support the engineering team with scheduling and documentation.
Facilitate status updates, presentations, project schedules, financial reporting, and risk management.
Lead project teams with minimal supervision and maintain project governance through regular meetings, stand
?
ups, and reporting.
Screen projects for risks, issues, decisions, and cross
?
functional impacts; propose and implement solutions.
Align vendor PMs with deliverables, SOW, timelines, and invoicing requirements.
Work with financial analysts to validate reporting, manage forecasts, accruals, and reclassifications.
Track project scope, cost, and schedule using appropriate verification and change
?
control techniques.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, third parties, and vendors.
Develop detailed project plans and maintain accurate project documentation.
Promote best practices in project management and ensure high
?
quality communication across teams.
Lead strategic meetings, produce meeting minutes, and support consensus building and contingency planning.
Understand and apply Software Development Lifecycle principles.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations following required governance formatting.
Required Experience & Skills:
5–7 years managing Infrastructure and Security projects.
Experience coordinating multi

disciplinary teams and projects involving multiple system integrators.
Prior hands

on background as a network, server, telecom engineer, or infrastructure coordinator (preferred).
Technical writing and diagramming skills (Visio required).

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project.
