Role Overview
This role supports inventory control and shipment planning activities to ensure efficient product distribution and customer satisfaction. The Junior Inventory Control Analyst works under close supervision, following defined procedures and supporting the wider supply chain and finance teams with routine analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and revise shipment plans to support on?time and cost?effective product distribution
- Monitor inventory levels, production rates and demand to support accurate reorder planning
- Assist with inventory reporting, cycle counts and periodic asset valuations
- Support basic financial and inventory analysis under supervision
- Maintain accuracy of data within ERP systems and Excel?based trackers
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience using ERP systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes in a support role
