Key Responsibilities:

? Closely liaise with freight forwarder and ensure that goods movement is timely updated, properly documented and kept.

? Discuss and evaluate logistics proposal by freight forwarder, ensuring MISC’s interest is not compromised.

? Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from logistics service providers, ensuring cost optimization and risk mitigation.

? Prepare project logistic execution plan inline with overall project schedules.

? Should be familiar with the Customs & regulatory compliance, Offshore campaign plan and able to define Incoterms Strategy.

? Manage logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent schedule impact.

? Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, HS Code, customs requirements

? Lead vendor performance evaluation, KPI monitoring, and claims management (demurrage, detention, cargo damage)

? Interface with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, QAQC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.

EXPERIENCE:

? Minimum 8 years’ experience in the EPCC of Oil and Gas industry.

? Minimum 3 years in an equal role having managed and coordinated relatively large-scale activities and procurement team.
