Lead Maintenance Engineer
Join us as a Lead Maintenance Engineer and take the helm of our Operations & Maintenance Engineering team! This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically focusing on LNG and new energy sectors like hydrogen. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, operability, and profitability of our installations while developing innovative methodologies to enhance plant integrity.
Role Overview
Manage an O&M Engineering team and monitor KPIs.
Support Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC projects by developing the O&M Engineering scope.
Guarantee that installations are operable and exploitable safely and profitably from the project phase.
Provide execution plans for initial operation activities to clients.
Develop new methodologies to reduce OPEX and ensure plant integrity.
Participate in the management of Operation and Maintenance execution from mobilization to normal operations.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, security, and environmental standards during operations.
Develop O&M strategies for various business lines including digitalization, gas monetization, decarbonization, offshore wind, and H2 plants.
Support Asset Life Excellence in deploying new O&M contracts.
Lead subcontractors in developing maintenance systems and interface with corrosion departments for inspection systems.
Develop training programs and competency assessment systems for operational teams.
Transfer O&M scope from home office to execution effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Strong experience in maintenance management within the Oil & Gas industry, particularly LNG.
Proven project management skills with a focus on safety and quality assurance.
Technical expertise in operations of facility plants and maintenance systems.
Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
Strong interpersonal skills to work within a multi-discipline integrated project team.
Demonstrated understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
Education & Experience
Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or a Higher National Certificate in Engineering.
Ten years of combined experience in Oil & Gas Operations and projects.
Recognized technical qualifications relevant to the position.
