Position Description
:
Engage with all levels of the local field operations organization to embed the principles and structure of the Lean Management Framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Develop being certified as Lean Coach (Level 3 skill)
Project Management (50%)
: Lead lean projects to drive continuous improvement across Permian operations
Lead larger, more complex end-to-end projects that directly link to strategic objectives (ex.
Team-based routing, Dashboarding, etc.)
Leverage EM Lean Standard to identify lean projects in support of key business goals
Coordinate calculation, tracking and validation of project benefits
Field Interface (25%)
: Develop Lean Practitioners
Provide Lean Awareness and LP training
Coach 2-5 LPs toward certification and completion of lean projects
Leadership Interface (25%)
: Provide Leadership Coaching
Provide Lean Leader training
Coach leadership in principles of Lean including Leaders Standard Work
