This full-time contract position offers you the opportunity to work on-site in Carlsbad, New Mexico, where you will coordinate operations at frac sites and ensure adherence to safety standards, all while contributing to the success of our projects.

Role Overview

• Coordinate operations at frac sites and manage vendor relationships for future frac and toe prep locations.
• Ensure pressure tests are conducted correctly in compliance with all safety standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of pipelines for any damage.
• Oversee the maintenance of all pumps associated with transfer operations.
• Acquire and maintain accurate maintenance records as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Operator Background: Proven experience in oil and gas operations.
• Operation and Maintenance Philosophy: Strong understanding of operational best practices.
• Field Studies: Ability to conduct field studies and inspections effectively.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a related field, with a focus on oil and gas operations.
