Role Overview
- Supervise the construction and maintenance of LNG plant buildings to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits of plant facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize building performance and functionality.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and best practices in all building operations.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors involved in building projects, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to building operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance audits.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on building safety protocols and operational procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) processes and operations.
- Strong auditing skills with a focus on compliance and safety standards.
- Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple building projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges in building operations efficiently.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or construction safety are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing construction or maintenance projects within the LNG or energy sector.
