Position Title: Logistics Advisor (B2B)
Position Objective
The Logistics Advisor supports the delivery of the APF Tie-in Project by ensuring all logistics and supply chain activities meet objectives, constraints, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include planning and readiness of supply chain/logistics activities, route identification, maintenance assessments, transportation coordination, and integration with Santos business needs. Site-based in Papua New Guinea starting 1Q26.
Key Accountabilities
- Integrate logistics requirements into project scope, plans, cost estimates, and risk profiles.
- Manage and execute Logistics and Materials Management plans.
- Lead movement and tracking of free-issued materials for Pipeline, Facilities, and Camps.
- Support contractor management (pre-qualification, tendering, evaluations, approvals).
- Align stakeholders with Logistics Strategies and Plans.
- Manage logistics financials and cost-efficiency.
- Handle logistics-related risk management and stakeholder engagement.

- Maintain strong relationships with service providers.
- Foster local community contracting participation.

Professional Experience
- 10–15+ years in in-country logistics for major infrastructure projects in remote locations.
- Recent PNG-specific experience essential.
- Experience in Detailed Design and Execution phases.
- Brownfield hydrocarbon and gas pipeline projects experience.
- Ability to work remote rotational assignments.
