Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across indoor and outdoor facilities. This role supports general upkeep, sanitation, and grounds maintenance, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Clean interior areas including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls.
Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as break room tables, chairs, and door handles.
Sweep, clean, and mop restrooms.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies; place orders as needed.
Perform outdoor maintenance including lawn care and bush trimming.
Remove debris and snow from sidewalks and entryways.
Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
Assist other departments as needed.
Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Take direction and respond positively to supervision.
Qualifications
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
