Airswift is currently seeking a Management Accountant to join the finance department of one of our key clients in the manufacturing industry. We are looking for a detail?driven, analytical, and proactive professional capable of supporting cost control, financial planning, and strategic decision?making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed performance analysis, highlighting variances from budget and recommending corrective actions.
  • Review end?of?month costing journals and ensure accurate recording of all direct material movements.
  • Support company planning and forecasting activities with timely, precise, and strategically aligned financial information.
  • Develop and analyze costing models, projections, and reports across business units or projects.
  • Deliver accurate, high?quality costing analytics and financial reports.
  • Assess and track financial impacts of cost?saving initiatives, especially raw material optimization efforts.
  • Participate in monthly budget review meetings with various departments, ensuring correct cost allocations.
  • Prepare special reports, sensitivity analyses, and financial evaluations to support management decisions.
  • Lead monthly wastage review meetings with operations to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Assist the finance team with month?end and year?end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to understand process changes, cost drivers, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and workplace standards.
  • Perform any other duties aligned with the role.

To Be Considered Must Have

  • ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of management accounting, costing systems, and pricing structures.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
