Role Overview:
We are seeking a Manager of Process and Systems to lead industrial business process management and implement a robust IT landscape for a new manufacturing plant. This role combines process engineering, IT expertise, and project leadership to ensure seamless industrialization and system deployment. Once the system is deployed, you will own the area responsible for maintaining and developing these tools over time, ensuring alignment with global templates and coordination across manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities: 

Implementation & Process Definition
•    Deploy the full industrial IT landscape (ERP, Product Configurator, MES, PLM, Design Automation, Vendor Portal).
•    Act as the link between industrial business needs and technical teams.
•    Document manufacturing processes (order management, production, logistics, quality, maintenance, finance) and translate them into functional requirements.
•    Ensure alignment between IT landscape and IT infrastructure.
Project & Team Management
•    Define and manage area strategy, project budgets, schedules, risks, and milestones.
•    Coordinate cross-functional teams (local and global) for timely delivery.
•    Set up and lead a support organization for process definition and system deployment.
•    Ensure robust master data governance (SAP MM/PP) and integration across tools (PLM–ERP–MES).
•    Oversee system interfaces and material data integrity (BOMs, sourcing rules, MRP parameters).
System Support & Continuous Improvement
•    Provide ongoing functional support to industrialization and production teams.
•    Lead user training and maintain system documentation.
•    Validate developments through user testing and manage hypercare post go-live.
•    Drive continuous improvement and automation in IT environment.
•    Manage change adoption and foster a digital culture.

Key Requirements:
Education & Experience
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Computer Science (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
•    5+ years in process engineering, digital industrialization, or IT implementation in manufacturing.
•    Strong SAP experience (PP, VC, MM modules).
•    Experience with PLM (Windchill or similar), MES systems, and design automation.
•    Exposure to greenfield plant projects or system rollouts is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
•    SAP Variant Configuration, MM, PP.
•    PLM and MES systems.
•    Advanced Excel and office automation tools.
•    Understanding of integrated IT landscapes and industrial data flows.
Core Competencies
•    Project management (PMP certification is a plus).
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
•    Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
•    Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative.
