Join a dynamic team in the Oil & Gas industry as a Dispatcher I, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating field activities and ensuring efficient logistics operations.
Role Overview
- Coordinate with shorebase logistics personnel for MODU equipment and personnel requirements.
- Compile and verify documentation for materials and personnel movements, including planners and manifests.
- Maintain accurate records of material inventory, rental equipment, and movements to/from installations.
- Liaise with vessels regarding logistical issues.
- Plan and manage crew change rotations for offshore personnel and contractors.
- Oversee all offshore marine and helicopter operations, personnel movements, crew changes, and POB control daily.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry.
- Familiarity with QV21 dispatch software is required.
- Map reading skills and geographic knowledge for driver navigation.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complaints and incidents promptly.
Education & Experience
- Degree in an engineering discipline preferred.
- 0-2 years of inspection experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
