Our client is seeking a Mechanic III to work within their facilities located Carlsbad, NM on a 12-month assignment.

- Serviced and maintained compressors, including VRU, gas lift, and instrument?air systems
- Performed troubleshooting, repairs, and routine inspections to ensure compressor reliability and uptime.
- Supported field operations with safe, efficient compressor maintenance in active production environments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Relevant mechanical certifications are a plus.
- Oilfield experience preferred, but not required
- Minimum 3 years in mechanical maintenance, specifically in compressor stations.
