Airswift is looking for a Metering Engineer to oversee metering systems for renewable development, design, and construction.
This role involves ensuring all metering activities meet project requirements and align with commercial agreements, spanning from concept development through construction and commissioning. The position will interface with engineering, development, business management, transmission services, and other external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have substation metering experience, with a preference for Schneider ION meters. If not, substation commissioning or Protection & Controls (P&C) experience is considered of secondary importance. The candidate should also have experience coordinating a wide variety of stakeholders and managing third?party engineering companies.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Understanding ISO requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Metering Systems/Equipment
- Substation metering experience
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides engineering, design, and development support
- Tracks and reports on project contractual execution and design progress
- Delivers company standards, policies, and support of organization
- Prepares communications, presentations and provides support at meetings
- Formulates research, and develops improvement measures
- Works with other departments within the organization to establish customer requirements
- Ability to work extended hours
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

- Bachelor's - Engineering
- Experience: 2-5 years
