Our client is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator I to work within their facilities located in Kenedy, Texas on a 12-month assignment (with possibility of extension / becoming permanent).
Role Overview
Well Operations: Manage gas lifted wells, ESPs, and three-phase separation.
Maintenance Preparation: Conduct readings, perform rounds, and issue work permits.
Performance Monitoring: Proactively track well and equipment performance to maximize production.
Chemical Optimization: Collaborate with support groups to adjust chemical pump rates based on production data.
Data Gathering: Interface with Engineering for data collection and analysis.
Compression Tracking: Monitor and track test compression data.
Fluid Level Measurement: Conduct fluid level assessments using echo meters.
Skills & Qualifications
MS Office Suite: Proficient in using MS Office applications.
Processes & Procedures: Knowledge of established operational procedures.
Maintenance Skills: Basic understanding of valve, pump, and rotating equipment maintenance.
Technical Support: Ability to provide technical and administrative assistance.
Learning Agility: Quick to learn terminology and standard procedures relevant to the role.
Education & Experience
Qualifications: Entry-level position, typically requiring 0-3 years of experience.
Work Schedule: 5/40 – Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
