Join a dynamic team in the energy sector as a Multi-Skilled Operator I, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing well operations and equipment performance in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
- Responsible for well operations, including gas lifted wells, ESP's, and three-phase separation.
- Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
- Prepare for and execute maintenance tasks, including taking readings and issuing work permits.
- Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
- Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.
- Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests.
- Track test compression data and conduct fluid level measurements using an echo meter.
Skills & Qualifications
- Valves: Knowledge of valve operation and maintenance.
- Pumps: Understanding of pump systems and maintenance procedures.
- Maintenance: Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Technical Support: Provide technical and administrative support as needed.
- Learning Ability: Demonstrated ability to learn terminology and standard procedures.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Entry-level position, typically requiring 0-3 years of experience.
