Role Overview

  • Well Operations Management: Oversee operations for gas lifted wells, ESP's, three-phase separation, and gas compression.
  • Control Board Operation: Manage control board operations and pipeline operations effectively.
  • Maintenance Preparation: Prepare for and perform maintenance tasks, including taking readings and issuing work permits.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
  • Chemical Optimization: Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.
  • Data Gathering: Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests and track test compression data.
  • Fluid Level Measurement: Conduct fluid level assessments using echo meters.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Corrosion Knowledge: Understanding of corrosion management and prevention techniques.
  • Intermediate Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in well operations.
  • Technical Support: Ability to provide technical and functional support within the department.
  • System Knowledge: General working knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures used in operations.
  • Problem Solving: Capable of solving problems and making basic decisions.

Education & Experience

  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in oil and gas operations, particularly in well management.
