Role Overview
- Well Operations Management: Oversee operations for gas lifted wells, ESP's, three-phase separation, and gas compression.
- Control Board Operation: Manage control board operations and pipeline operations effectively.
- Maintenance Preparation: Prepare for and perform maintenance tasks, including taking readings and issuing work permits.
- Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
- Chemical Optimization: Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.
- Data Gathering: Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests and track test compression data.
- Fluid Level Measurement: Conduct fluid level assessments using echo meters.
Skills & Qualifications
- Corrosion Knowledge: Understanding of corrosion management and prevention techniques.
- Intermediate Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in well operations.
- Technical Support: Ability to provide technical and functional support within the department.
- System Knowledge: General working knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures used in operations.
- Problem Solving: Capable of solving problems and making basic decisions.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in oil and gas operations, particularly in well management.
