Role Overview
- Well Operations: Manage operations for gas lifted wells, ESP's, and three-phase separation.
- Maintenance Preparation: Conduct maintenance activities, including taking readings and issuing work permits.
- Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
- Chemical Optimization: Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.
- Data Gathering: Interface with Engineering for data collection and track test compression data.
- Fluid Level Measurement: Conduct fluid levels using echo meter.
Skills & Qualifications
- Gas Compression: Proficient in gas compression techniques and operations.
- Waste Processing: Knowledgeable in processing and separation of waste materials.
- Control Board Operation: Experience in operating control boards for monitoring systems.
- Pipeline Operation: Familiarity with pipeline operations and maintenance.
- Technical Support: Ability to provide technical and functional support within the department.
- Problem Solving: Capable of solving problems and making basic decisions.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
