Job Title: Multi-Skilled/Field Operator
Work Schedule: 5/40 (with room for overtime if needed)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor well operations including gas lift wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, and pipeline systems.
- Perform control board operations and minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
- Support other operators and craft personnel with daily tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance activities: take readings, perform rounds, issue work permits, follow procedures, initiate work requests, and write procedures.
- Monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
- Optimize chemical pump rates using production data (e.g., corrosion, paraffin, soap injection).
- Collaborate with engineering teams for data collection and analysis.
- Track compression test data and conduct fluid level measurements using echo meter.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate-level technical and functional knowledge.
- Familiarity with departmental systems, terminology, and procedures.
- Ability to perform routine tasks and solve basic problems.
- Capable of making informed decisions independently.
