Role Overview
- Conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to assess the integrity of materials and structures.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement NDE strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on NDE findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project personnel.
- Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities.
- Maintain NDE equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Train and mentor junior staff in NDE techniques and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Non-Destructive Testing: Proficient in various NDT methods.
- Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- NDE Expertise: In-depth knowledge of NDE processes and standards.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to testing and reporting.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: Relevant NDE certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, with significant experience as an NDE Specialist in Oil & Gas projects.
