Our client in the equipment manufacturing industry is looking for an Odoo Specialist to lead ERP implementation, customization, and integration projects. This role will work closely with business users to design and deliver scalable Odoo solutions across operations, supply chain, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and Odoo framework.
- Support Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing workflows.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Magento, accounting tools, APIs).
- Conduct UAT, user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage technical tasks such as module development, reporting, and deployment on Odoo.sh/Linux.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Odoo experience (technical + functional).
- Strong knowledge of core modules: Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase.
- Proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and API integrations.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles and client-facing delivery.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
