Position: Offshore Construction Supervisor
Location: Offshore (Rotation-based 5weeks on, 5 weeks off)
Contract Type: 1 year contract
Start Date: January 2026
Airswift is proud to partner with a leading global energy company to recruit an Offshore Construction Supervisor for an upcoming offshore installation project. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise offshore installation activities during 12-hour shifts, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including ROV, Diving, Deck, Bridge, and FPSO personnel.
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Monitor progress, log shift reports, and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Contribute operational expertise to project preparation when office-based.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or diploma preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in offshore subsea and mooring installation (Oil & Gas or Renewables).
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of offshore construction techniques, FPSO mooring systems, ROV operations, and lifting activities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, HSSE standards, and best practices.
- Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET with HUET, OGUK medical).
Desirable
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
- Experience with DP vessels and SIMOPS coordination.
- IMCA-related exposure for ROV/Diving operations.
