Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
Duration: 10 months (with potential extension)

Location: Turkey
We are looking for an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead operations on a major project in Turkey. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all offshore operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Manage the offshore team, including marine, production, and maintenance personnel.
- Oversee daily operations, emergency response readiness, and asset integrity.
- Liaise with onshore teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety and operational performance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Valid OIM certification (e.g., OPITO-approved).
- Proven experience as an OIM on offshore oil & gas or FPU projects.
- Strong leadership and crisis management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of offshore safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience working in Turkey or similar international environments.
- Familiarity with local maritime and offshore regulations.
- Engineering or maritime operations background.
