Onboard Advisor (OBA)

Company advisor onboard lease contractor installation, providing leadership and direction to lease contractor to achieve results aligned with company interest.
Demonstrate broad skills and knowledge within operations and deep understanding of subsea, umbilical, risers and flowlines (SURF) infrastructure and operations.
Ability to mentor, influence without authority and interacts effectively with lease contractor onshore and offshore teams.
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups; able to network effectively within organizations.
