Role: Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Lead – Operational Readiness Assurance

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E&I Lead to ensure electrical and instrumentation systems are fully prepared for safe and efficient operation during the transition from construction and commissioning to steady-state operations. The role focuses on readiness assurance for electrical distribution, control systems, instrumentation, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement readiness plans for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Conduct readiness reviews, gap analyses, and audits to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Collaborate with construction, commissioning, operations, and HSE teams for system integration.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to electrical and control systems during start-up.
- Maintain readiness checklists, assurance reports, and dashboards.
- Support training programmes for operations teams on E&I systems.
- Act as focal point for E&I readiness assurance with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
- 8–10 years’ experience in oil & gas or energy projects, with 5+ years in E&I commissioning or operational readiness.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems (HV/LV), instrumentation, control systems, and automation.
- Familiarity with operational readiness frameworks and commissioning processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
