Role Overview
- Coordinate development of operations and maintenance design philosophies, including project-specific specifications.
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of the impact of changes across functional boundaries.
- Provide technical expertise and facilitate coordination of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) and audit preparation.
- Facilitate consistent coordination of risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Provide functional guidance on technical matters and structural improvements in operations.
- Coordinate cost management and productivity improvement plans.
- Support training development and delivery with technical input.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and share best practices.
- Network with cross-functional representatives and industry associations.
- Develop project plans while identifying opportunities for lessons learned and best practices sharing.
- Assist with conceptual and pre-Front End Engineering Design (FEED) studies.
Skills & Qualifications
- EHS management: Safety, Security, Health, and Environment in operations and maintenance.
- Operational strategy: Managing critical operations and workforce effectively.
- Material handling: Expertise in plant operating technology and maintenance management.
- SAP familiarity: Knowledge of SAP and warehouse management systems.
- Behavioral Skills: Adaptability, analytical capability, collaboration, effective communication, mentorship, innovation, applied learning, initiative.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required.
- Previous experience in a closely related position or industry experience.
