Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance and control programs across field and support operations. They will act as a key liaison between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are critical for success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain operational systems and documentation.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Lead investigations into non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and report on performance and quality metrics.
Coordinate planning and readiness of equipment and resources.
Mentor staff on procedures and standards.
Foster collaboration and accountability across teams.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
5–8 years of experience in operations or project management within the drilling, construction or mining industries.
Post-secondary education in a relevant technical or management field is an asset.
Familiarity with operational logistics and maintenance practices is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage interdepartmental relationships.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
