About the Role:
Airswift is proud to partner with a major player in the energy sector to recruit an Interim Industry Operations Manager. This role will lead a cross-functional team to deliver market-leading metering services, optimize onboarding processes, and support the rollout of SMART/AMR programmes. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and enhance customer journeys through data integrity and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 9 FTEs, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Deliver efficient, cost-effective metering services and support strategic rollout programmes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and brokers to improve service offerings.
- Lead initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and data integrity across operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain governance standards.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, providing insights to senior management.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing multi-functional teams in energy operations.
- Strong knowledge of UK power and gas systems and B2B industry processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data and compliance.
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with Junifer systems is highly desirable.
