Airswift is seeking an Operations Supervisor to serve as the onsite operator representative for one of our top clients' completions operations in the Permian Basin for a 1-year assignment. This is a rotational position overseeing daily frac fleet activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily onsite frac operations and enforce top-tier safety standards.
- Oversee coil, wireline, snubbing, frac, and flowback activities.
- Coordinate service partners and manage operational performance.
- Control costs and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Provide accurate reporting and ensure flawless execution of the work plan.
Experience/Skills:
- 10+ years of completions experience (Operator or Service Partner).
- Hands on experience with frac, coil, wireline, snubbing & flowback.
- College degree and/or military service.
- Onshore and/or offshore operations background.
- Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
