We are seeking a ORA Project Planner and Administrator to support a leading developer on a large natural gas project in Europe.
You will provide planning, coordination and administrative support to the Operational Readiness Assurance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain readiness activity schedules aligned with project milestones.
- Monitor progress and update dashboards and reports.
- Manage documentation including checklists, assurance reports, and compliance records.
- Coordinate between readiness, commissioning, operations, and contractors.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and maintain action logs.
- Maintain accurate records in project systems and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning or administration in oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with operational readiness and commissioning processes.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and document management systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
