ORA Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced ORA (Operations Readiness Assurance) Team Lead to support a high-profile project in Turkey, ensuring seamless transition from project to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ORA team to deliver operational readiness for a complex offshore FPU project.
- Collaborate with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Develop and implement ORA plans, including risk assessments, operational procedures, and training programmes.
- Oversee the integration of safety, maintenance, and operational requirements into project execution.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and client-specific requirements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in ORA leadership roles on offshore oil & gas or FPU projects.
- Strong understanding of commissioning, start-up, and operations processes.
- Familiarity with international HSE and operational standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in Turkey or similar international project environments.
- Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and cultural practices.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
