Role Overview
- HSES Champion: Ensure the proper application of the site's Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) plan.
- Coordination Conductor: Coordinate and supervise painting, coating, and insulation work carried out by various companies.
- Daily Report Overseer: Control daily reports of the workforce on site and relay information to the area manager.
- Progress Reporter: Regularly report on work progress to stakeholders.
- Quality Inspector: Perform inspections according to the quality inspection plan and check/sign inspection sheets.
- Technical Advisor: Guide, assist, and technically advise the site team for optimal performance.
- Client Liaison: Interface with the client on all matters related to painting, coating, and insulation.
- Documentation Specialist: Prepare final documentation and ensure companies work with reviewed documents.
- Site Visit Organizer: Organize site visits and actively participate in meetings with site management.
- Feasibility Checker: Verify the feasibility of construction processes and review improvements in construction tools and equipment.
- Training Facilitator: Participate in staff training to enhance team capabilities.
- Procedure Verifier: Collaborate with site engineering to check operating methods and working procedures of construction companies.
- Audit Coordinator: Ensure proper archiving of documents and effective audits.
- Quality Advocate: Ensure all personnel are aware of the project's quality requirements.
- Feedback Provider: Provide constructive feedback to improve operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in French, with strong communication skills.
- Expertise in Painting Coating & Insulation processes.
- Proven experience in Construction Coordination.
- Proficiency in Office Pack (Word / Excel).
- Experience in Management of Project and Supplier Databases (PDB, VDB).
- Familiarity with Outlook Email.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in revamping work within the petrochemical industry.
- Strong background in coordinating and monitoring painting and insulation work.
- Training in preparation of work acceptance files and regulatory files.
